To secure timely vacant possession of existing units (on protected leases) at Newcastle Railway Station to facilitate a £12 million redevelopment, including 14 new retail units, relocation of a travel centre/ticket office and new passenger facilities.

Vacant possession was secured smoothly, the new space was optimised for retail and commercial advertising and improvements to tired food outlets were negotiated.
