Ezra Nahome

Ezra joined Lambert Smith Hampton in 2000 and has been the CEO since 2009. Having grown up in smaller, boutique firms (Pepper, Angliss & Yarwood and Grant & Partners) Ezra is very much an entrepreneur at heart. He led the management buy out of Lambert Smith Hampton from Atkins in 2007 as well as its subsequent sale to Countrywide PLC in September 2012, a deal that was awarded ‘Deal of the Year’ by Estates Gazette.

Lambert Smith Hampton has grown impressively under Ezra’s leadership and to continue this success he is convinced that the business has to maintain a personal service to its clients. Ezra is committed to developing a wider team full to the brim of diverse characters and skill sets, and believes that "the future of property consultation will be defined by nimble, multi-talented teams working together to deliver imaginative answers to our clients' business problems".

In 2015 Ezra launched the inaugural Lambert Smith Hampton Enterprise Award and formed a partnership with Young Enterprise to encourage more progressive thinking and attract a more diverse pool of talent to the world of property.

Massimo Marcovecchio

Chief Operating Officer

+44 (0)20 7198 2000

Massimo joined Lambert Smith Hampton in 2008 and was appointed COO in 2015. Having qualified as a Chartered Building Surveyor in 1993 Massimo left the industry in 1994 to pursue a career in finance and M&A. His combined financial and property experience has come in handy of late as Lambert Smith Hampton has been busy on the acquisition trail, with the purchase and assimilation of no less than four property companies since June 2013.

Acquisition targets are identified to either strengthen existing service lines or add to the company’s service offering. And to enable seamless integration, they must also share Lambert Smith Hampton’s enterprising and innovative culture. The objective is to keep refreshing a diverse portfolio of high calibre multi-skilled property professionals that are able to adapt to the ever-changing market conditions and serve our clients’ best interests.

This is a constantly evolving challenge that suits Massimo’s relentless energy to leave no stone unturned in the pursuit of progress.

Jason Honisett

Financial DirectoR

+44 (0)20 7198 2398

You can take the man out of Lambert Smith Hampton but can you take Lambert Smith Hampton out of the man? Clearly in Jason Honisett’s case the answer is no. Jason first joined LSH in 2001 as a management accountant, he left the business in 2004 for 8 months but quickly realised that something was missing in his life and returned to UK House in 2005 to become our Financial Controller. Nine years of prudent financial stewardship earned Jason the role of Finance Director in April 2014.

In addition to his responsibility of running a rapidly growing P&L, Jason has been heavily engaged in financially managing the current acquisition program working closely with Massimo.

Jason is a champion for change and innovation having been identified at a young age as a 'change agent' by previous employers, and now that he's back home at LSH we fully support his change agenda as long as he's not thinking of changing his place of work!

Jonathan King

Client DirectoR

+44 (0)20 7198 2065

Jonathan joined Lambert Smith Hampton from Capita (formerly Nelson Bakewell) in 2014 to lead the Corporate Advisory Team. His early career saw five year stints each at the boutique consultancy Gooch & Wagstaff, client-side at EDF Energy and as an entrepreneur running a start-up retail brand.

His experience has given him an empathy with clients to nurture and manage strong commercial relationships, sound business acumen and a spirit of enterprise. No wonder then that Jonathan is leading to charge at LSH to deliver a more comprehensive, one stop service for clients that can access all disciplines and service lines.

Mike Thatcher

National Operations DirectoR

+44 (0)20 7198 2200

With 20 years experience at Lambert Smith Hampton covering local, regional and service line management it’s fair to say that Mike knows our business like few others do.

Mike joined LSH in 1995 through the acquisition of Herring Baker Harris. Since then he managed our Capital Markets team before graduating successively to London Office, Regional and now National operations leadership, a responsibility he shares with Paul Gamble. Mike is specifically responsible for the North and West regions office networks (Ireland, Yorkshire & North East, Scotland and North West) together with the Capital Markets, Office Agency, Industrial Agency, MBA, Auctions, Alternatives and Retail service lines.

His comprehensive knowledge of LSH makes Mike the perfect person to oversee national institutional client relationships and, if that's not enough, he's our go-to man to welcome and integrate newly acquired businesses.

Sean Brew

Head of London

+44 (0)20 7198 2276

Sean joined Lambert Smith Hampton from DTZ in 2011 as National Head of Property and Asset Management, and in 2013 he was given the additional responsibility of managing our London Office. Sean helped grow LSH Property & Asset Management to become a leading cross-sector team covering the management of offices, industrial schemes and shopping centres. This year he relinquished this responsibility to focus his full attention on London.

Sean is convinced that there is a direct relationship between company culture and the quality of client service delivered; or as Sean succinctly puts it “happy staff, happy clients”. His focus is to build an inclusive, informed and fully engaged working environment, which is just as well as he manages 3 London offices with 400 staff across 13 service lines. It seems to be working as our London business is flourishing and enjoying substantial growth under his leadership.

Adam Ramshaw

Head of region, Birmingham & East Midlands

+44 (0)121 237 2395

Since Adam joined Lambert Smith Hampton in 2011, to develop our Capital Markets offer in Birmingham, his feet have barely touched the ground. His ascent to the senior management team has been breathtaking and wholly deserved considering his talent and achievements.

Since he’s been with us Adam has delivered a series of landmark deals (the acquisition of the Great Charles Estate in Birmingham City Centre and asset management of the Priory & Temple Court buildings to name two) and rapidly extended his management responsibility. Promoted to head of our Birmingham office in 2013, he added Leicester and Nottingham to his portfolio in 2015 and joined the senior team in the same year to focus on business development and network efficiencies.

As a Birmingham lad he is active in his business community engaging with R.I.C.S., the local universities and has quickly developed a youthful regional team that embodies his energy, lateral thinking and spirit of enterprise.  Prior to joining LSH Adam trained in London and enjoyed successful stints with Gerald Eve and Knight Frank.

In 2003 Keith led a Management Buyout of LSH’s Belfast business to form BTWShiells, which itself was taken over by LSH in 2014.

Keith is now responsible for LSH’s business in Ireland which has 3 offices in Belfast, Dublin and Galway and a total staff of 103.

Matthew Scrimshaw

Regional Director, North Region

Prior to joining LSH in 2005 Matthew garnered 20 years’ experience initially as a business analyst and latterly managing gas storage rigs in the North Sea!

Having started his career at ICI Matthew raced through the ranks from a placement position to CEO of the former ICI utilities and Services business on Teesside in just 13 years. His commercial management responsibilities led to Matthew taking responsibility for a power station and ultimately the British Gas ‘Rough’ offshore gas storage installation, a partially depleted gas field in the Southern North Sea.

Matthew’s increasing interest in all things commercial property was confirmed when he earned his MSc in Property Appraisal and Management and he joined our Leeds office in 2005 to specialise in Lease Consultancy across retail, industrial and office property. His responsibility has now expanded to now cover management of the entire Northern Region that includes the LSH Edinburgh, Glasgow, Kendal, Liverpool, Manchester, Newcastle, Sheffield offices and his home office in Leeds.

Matthew is certified as an expert witness by the Cardiff University Law School to act at arbitration and court lease renewal proceedings and is a committed advocate of The Northern Powerhouse and the benefits of a regional approach to development and investment across the North.

Chris McCartney

Director - Human Resources

Having graduated with a degree in Economics, Chris found himself instinctively drawn to organisations that had two very particular characteristics; 1.) companies that are entirely people focused and 2.) dynamic firms driven by the need to change and constantly reinvent to meet changing market needs. With 15 years HR experience at a diverse range of companies including Barclays, Bureau Veritas and Alexander Forbes, Chris garnered a broad range of experience that has served him well since he joined Lambert Smith Hampton in 2014.

Chris joined as our Lead HR Business Partner across our network of offices in the South of England and has been fundamental in supporting the business through our own dramatic period of growth from 2014 to 2017, during which the size of the business doubled from 700 to 1400 people. It was therefore a very natural next step for Chris to become the Human Resource Director and assume full responsibility for all talent in June 2017.
